It`s a permission issue. You`ll have to talk to the hosting provider to enable Apache SuEXEC, so that your webserver will run using your ftp user, this way avoiding any permission issues.

Sorry but I have no idea because I`m not a specialist in servers administration. My suggestion would be to talk to the guys who offered you the dedicated server and ask them about how to make the webserver run using the ftp user, so no permission issues will be encountered. Apache as I know is for Linux servers...for Windows servers I have no idea.
If not, just extract the archive and place the je_capella dir in /jomres/remote_plugins/.
Then open the plugin_install.php file from /je_capella, and execute that query in phpmyadmin, to create that necessary table for the template settings.

Some help please...

You`ll have to get those permissions fixed, otherwise you`ll have big problems and keep losing time with things that otherwise will take 10 seconds.

Have you run that sql query from the plugin_install.php?

If the plugin is listed as installed in the jomres plugin manager, you have a new button "Template color settings" in the jomres cpanel. Use it to select the color.

In the frontend, the new template should show up...assuming that the webserver has permission to read the files you uploaded by ftp.

It was permissions issue.
