Can you please inform me how I will go about to upgrade to the new version of JE Capella. I am currently running jomres 4.4 wit which version are JE Capella stable?

Latest JE Capella can work with any Jomres version newer than 4.2.2. However, I suggest you always use the latest versions or Jomres (currently 4.5.3) and Capella (currently 1.7).
You can download the latest JE Capella from your account. Log in to your account, click on My Invoices, then click on the invoice and at the bottom you have the download link. Uninstall the previous version and install the new one using the Jomres 3rd party plugin installer.

Hi it has been a while since I have upgraded to the newest versions of Jomres and JE Capella.

I have tried to upgrade in the same manner as previously advised by you but had no success. Can you please advise what I need to do in order to upgrade to the newest version of JE Capella.
