Dont know if this is a problem with this template or the update of Jomres 4.2 but I now only get 10 listed on my home page. If you do a search however it will show more.

The results limit has nothing to do with the template. You have to go in Joomla admin->Jomres->Site configuration, and on the "Search options" tab, set "Random search limit" to the number of propertys you want to show on first page.
