how can i move the room and feature icons as well as the alst minute message from the property details tab to the header underneath the Name and address of the property?

You`ll need to customize the code in j01070showpropertyheader.class.php and /jomres/remote_plugins/je_capella/frontend/property_header.html

You can have a look at how it`s done in j01010listpropertys.class.php and the list_properties.html template, maybe this will help.
