IE doesn't opens feeds (feed code error). It looks like that it is problems with character encoding. Your demo feeds opens with no problems.

Feed creator uses UTF-8. Try changing feedcreator.class.php at line 448:

var $encoding = "utf-8";

Change utf-8 to ISO-8859-1 or ISO-8859-4, see which one works better.

Let me know if this fixes the problem.

Don`t forget to delete the feeds from remote_plugins/feed_creator/feeds after you make the changes, so new feeds will be created using the new encoding.

That character is normal letter "u"
