I just downloaded this plugin and can not install it.
I'm constantly getting this mesage: Error! Could not find an XML setup file in the package. Something is wrong with your file, can I get right file to download?

I think you`re trying to install this using the joomla installer...that`s why you get that error. You have to install this jomres plugin using the jomres 3rd party plugin installer, by going to jomres backend cpanel->plugin manager, click browse, select the zip archive then click install.
