i have a problem with the search.

If you see at www.hotels-opatija-kroatien.at/ you see that search doesn't work.(See at "Suche nach Region" i can't choose anything)

In the configuration, all at YES in searching.

What should I do that it works?

It works fine as I see it...just remember you have to select a country first, and only after that the regions and towns dropdowns will show up.

You can`t hide the country...or at least not without some code modifications. Anyway, I think that in the next Jomres version, separate search by country/region/town will be added and this will allow you to hide the country and display only the town/region...but this time the combo option won`t be available for this type of search and all regions and towns will be displayed (the towns won`t depend on the selected region).
