Could you add the following feature to the Nearby Properties?

Pass two parameters when used with AsAModule to allow the LAT and LONG to be passed.
This would allow us to pass any LAT and LONG and find the nearest properties from within a module.

The nearby properties can be called by using jomres_asamodule, if the property_uid param is provided. Based on the property uid, the plugin finds the lat/long of that property and searches for other properties nearby.

Yes, I know this and it works really well, but I want to pass a Lat and Long to the module as it is not the lat and long of a property I want it to use. There is an event and I want to pass the Lat and Long of the event, or it could be a location I want to pass the lat and long.

So, I would like to put the Lat and Long in parameters in the module and for the Nearby properties to find the nearest properties.

Example, there is an event or something in my content and people want to find the nearest properties, I could put the lat and long in the module and there would be a list of nearest properties.

I understand. This is a good feature request.
I added this feature and you can download the latest plugin version from your account.
What version are you currently using? Because since v1.3, I dropped the property list style layout and adopted a neutral one. The old one was creating to many problems and slowed down the page.
