hi piranha!
what i thought was causing the time issues was that in the joomla general configuration i previously set up our time zone as UTC - 4:00 but it really is UTC - 4:30, but then the mails both plugins send didn't work :/ so i took it back to UTC - 4:00 and the unpaid bookings mails start to work again... but they still are sending before the 24 hours, most of them are sent 12 - 15 hours after the booking was made... i tried to set it using the cron job [instead of the minicomponent] but i guess i'm doing something wrong [i didn't find the option to attach a print screen of the plesk control panel configuration]...
