Is there a quick way to make the reminder be sent out a specified number of days before the arrival date? because we do not use deposits so the reminder just specifies the total amount owed but we would like this going out about 30 days before the actual arrival date.

The backend settings would not need to change as I could still modify the number of days (although I would change the description) but the time before the arrival date instead of the time after the bookdate.

Anyways I hope you can help.
If this is something you would charge for just let me know the cost as well and We will sort it out.

yes this should be possible, but I`ll have to rewrite the reminder plugin to work like that. Now it sends a reminder after X day from the booking time. Please contact me by email (or use the contact form on the site) and we`ll discuss about this. Right now I`m terribly busy with other custom work so it will take at least a few days before I can start working on this.

Yes, this should be good to set X days before arrival for a remainder,
then i can buy it as well.
And of course it should be reminding of the remaining payment sum.
