Those are the extras and you can define them using the Extras button in jomres frontend cpanel, while logged in as property manager.

but

where can i change that

i have at the Momnet "ZIMMER" = "ROOMS"

i want have there "BUCHEN" = "Booking"

wee the image... what i meen

You can edit that text using the Touch Templates button, in jomres backend cpanel. Make sure you select the proper language from the top dropdown before translating/editing the text.
